- Any amount already spent on advertising or campaign execution (such as ad spend on social media platforms) is non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting any costs incurred for ad campaigns or third-party services.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Ad spend paid to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other advertising networks
- Campaign execution costs already utilized
- Any third-party tools or platform fees used during the campaign
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
