  • Refunds will be processed after deducting any costs incurred for ad campaigns or third-party services.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Ad spend paid to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other advertising networks
  • Campaign execution costs already utilized
  • Any third-party tools or platform fees used during the campaign

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
